ck97 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ck97 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the ck97 website and any associated mobile applications. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or using any service offered by ck97.

These Terms apply to all players accessing ck97 from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access is not expressly prohibited. By creating an account on ck97, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. • Each individual may hold only one registered account with ck97. The existence of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify ck97 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ck97 may require additional identity documents (national ID, passport, utility bills) as part of enhanced due diligence processes. These documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ck97 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ck97 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ck97's control.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one business hour during operating periods.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered or credited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.
• ck97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

• Use of any automated betting system, bot, script, or software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent any platform rule.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of ck97 or its third-party gaming providers.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. ck97 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings panel or by contacting customer support.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from the platform or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the player will not be targeted with marketing communications during the exclusion period.
• ck97 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to reactivate their account during the self-exclusion period. Any winnings accrued during a period of self-exclusion will be voided.
